Toddler Program

  • Welcome to our Toddler Program

Welcome to our toddler program at Sweet Love Childcare Centre! We are thrilled to offer a high-quality and enriching program for your little one as they transition from infancy to becoming a toddler.
Our toddler program is designed for children aged eighteen months to two and a half years, 18 months to 30 months, and focuses on fostering social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Experienced andDedicated Staff

Our experienced and dedicated staff is committed to providing a program that meets the unique needs of each child and supports their growth and development.
Our program is centred around play-based learning which is centred around the interest and developmental level of each child allowing children to explore their environment and engage in hands-on activities that promote creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills. We provide a variety of age-appropriate activities, such as art projects, music and movement, sensory play, and outdoor play.
  • Socialization and Communication

In addition, we prioritize socialization and relationship-building in our toddler program. We encourage children to interact with their peers and develop their social skills through group play, circle time, and free play. Our program also includes a focus on communication and language development, as our staff engages in conversation with children and provides opportunities for language-rich experiences.
We understand the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for your child. We maintain a low educator-to-child ratio and ensure that our facilities are clean, secure, and equipped with age-appropriate materials and toys. We also provide healthy meals and snacks that are tailored to the dietary needs of each child.
  • Emergent Curriculum Approach

Our emergent curriculum approach involves observing and listening to children to identify their interests, and then using those interests to guide the learning process. This approach fosters a love of learning and ensures that children's unique strengths and learning needs are supported.
Here are some benefits of our preschool daycare's emergent curriculum program
